The building, which was completed in January 2020, is one of 117 architectural projects taking part in this year's Day of Architecture. A residential structure is being developed on Hammer Straße, an office structure on Zollhof and a restaurant and event use on the entire ground floor. Thus, a mixed-use property has been created in the truest sense of the word, which had to prove its resilience already at the very beginning. With 170 employees HPP Architects moved into a 3,300 m² office space over three floors in the new building - a ‘factory for creative design’, which can be visited on Saturday, 26.06.2021 and Sunday, 27.06.2021 both from 14:00-17:00.
