With the composition of a generous public place, a central reception building and two flanking residential buildings that create a gateway situation, an attractive prelude to the growing Vogelkamp quarter has been created. With 84 flats and 7 terraced houses, the new urban building block offers valuable living space in the KfW40 standard eligible for subsidies. In the near future, residents will also be able to enjoy shops in the ground floor areas of the brick-built buildings.
