The short-listed projects were selected by the jury led by internationally-renowned architects Nicholas Grimshaw, Ben van Berkel and Daniel Libeskind. The In-Bund Office was chosen as the winner in the category "Best Building Re-Use Project". The L’Oréal Germany Headquarters building won through in the category "Best Non-Public Project: Commercial". The awards will be presented by the British architecture magazine of the same name "Blueprint" and its publisher Johnny Tucker.
