Good progress is being made on the Future Century Tower, located on the northern bank of the Huangpu River in Shanghai and designed by HPP Shanghai.

Centro Oberhausen Food Court Opens
On July 11, 2019, the extensive refurbishment of the Centro Oberhausen was completed. Half of the total capex provided by client Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and the CPP Investment Board went into the revitalisation and redesign works to the food court, developed by HPP and which were carried without interrupting operations.
Topping-Out Ceremony at the WA10 in Grafental
The topping-out ceremony for the residential development on Metrostrasse in the Grafental district of Düsseldorf, which is currently being realised according to HPP's design, was celebrated on Thursday 27.06.2019 .

Gap in Leipzig is filled - Petersbogen extension officially opened
On 20.06.2019, the new hotel and commercial building on Burgplatz in Leipzig, for which HPP's Leipzig office was commissioned with the general planning, was officially opened.
Ground-breaking ceremony for the University of the Future in Taicang
At the end of April 2019 the ground-breaking ceremony took place on the Taicang Campus of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. HPP are responsible for the architecture, landscape and interior design.
Düren's Bismarck Quartier completed
With the official opening of the adjoining Theodor-Heuss-Park, popularly known as "Bismarckpark" and the new clearing in Düren's city centre, the Bismarck quarter, built according to HPP's designs, was brought to a successful conclusion on Friday, 24 May 2019.
The new Filderhalle has been officially opened
The Filderhalle in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, which was refurbished according to HPP's specifications and then extended to include a new building, was opened as a conference and congress centre on 23.05.2019.
Foundation stone laid for the southern Überseequartier
On 22 May 2019, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield laid the foundation stone for the southern Überseequartier in HafenCity - currently Hamburg's largest construction project, for which HPP has been commissioned with the master planning.
